Lepton3 and temperature

Hi all,
I know that the best way to get temperature by a Lepton module is using Lepton 2.5 or Lepton 3.5 and exploit the Radiometry feature, but I own a Lepton3 and I would like to know if a formula (even after calibration) exists to convert 14bit data to a temperature value.

Lepton3 has a limited Radiometry feature that if enabled allows to correct readings according to the temperature of the module, so I guess that it’s possible to calibrate it manually to get a temperature value.

Can you suggest me something to read to perform this operation?
